Presentation

Acne conglobata is a severe, inflammatory variant of acne. Inflammatory papules, papulonodules, nodules and pustules may coalesce, and abscesses in the skin may form sinuses that interconnect. Bleeding or draining of acneiform plaques may be present. The systemic findings seen in
